Jack has nearly ten years of experience as a firefighter and paramedic, and he’s dedicated to great customer service. He’s known for his attention to detail and careful inspections, making sure nothing is missed, from kitchen hood detection lines to yearly extinguisher tests. Jack’s clear communication and technical skills help local business owners stay informed, compliant, and confident in their fire protection.
Erin keeps Sparker Fire Suppression running behind the scenes and is often the first person you'll talk to, whether you call, email, or stop by.
She runs the front of the shop, getting walk-in customers set up with the right fire extinguishers and everything they need. She also manages our inventory so that products and parts are always ready.
Erin handles customer service and relations, from answering questions and scheduling service to following up after the job. She also runs our social media and keeps the office organized, including billing and day-to-day administration, so our technicians can stay focused in the field.
